Most popular in-store retail services among Chinese consumers 2018

The results of a survey, conducted in China between August and October 2018, revealed that 49 percent of respondents thought that the most important attribute that would significantly improve in-store shopping experience was quick and easy payment. Top three most popular attributes also included technology assistant and sale's deep knowledge of product range.
