In 2020, the paperboard segment generated the highest share of Holmen's net sales, amounting to nearly 6.2 billion Swedish kronor. Other segments, which accounted for most of the company's net sales during that year, were forest and paper. In contrast, renewable energy accounted for 375 million Swedish kronor of the total net sales. Holmen is a Swedish producer of cardboard, paper, wood products and renewable energy.
