Nearly a third of surveyed managers of Russian transport companies indicated that their enterprises tested or used chatbots and the Internet of Things (IoT) as of January 2019. Blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies were less popular in this sector, with only one percent of businesses having employed each of them.
