Mexico: number of private high schools 2015-2023
In the academic year 2020/2021, the number of private high schools in Mexico amounted to nearly 6,600. The number of high schools of private ownership in the country has remained fairly stable since 2015. High school enrollment is mandatory in Mexico. Teenagers attending a high school in the country are usually between 15 and 18 years old.
