Paraguay TTCI in 2013-2019

In 2019, Paraguay received a Travel & Tourism Competitiveness Index (TTCI) score of 3.2 out of seven. It shows an increase in comparison to 2017, when the TTCI score of this Latin American country was 3.15; it was however a decrease from the TTCI score of 3.39 in 2013.

The Travel & Tourism Competitiveness Index (TTCI) aims to measure the factors and policies that make it attractive to develop the travel & tourism sector in different countries. The index is made up of four sub-indexes: Enabling Environment; Travel and Tourism Policy and Enabling Conditions; Infrastructure; and Natural and Cultural Resources. 136 countries are evaluated. The Index scores on a scale from 1 to 7 with 7 being the best rating.
