Fiscal balance to GDP ratio in Russia 2020-2025
The ratio of Russia's general government balance to the country's gross domestic product (GDP) was estimated at negative 3.3 percent in 2023. Furthermore, the figures were forecast to remain negative in the following three years. Over the observed period, the highest share of the fiscal balance to GDP was measured at 0.8 percent in 2021.
