In 2022, respondents taking part in this survey were asked why they had more than one job. Roughly 22.5 percent stated that the most important reason for them to have multiple jobs was for a variation in tasks or contacts. On the other hand, the security of a fixed salary played a less important role. Roughly 11.8 percent of the survey participants answered that this was their main reason to have more than one job.
