Netherlands: share of people with a burn-out, by age 2021

Around 17.3 percent of the employees in the Netherlands had struggled with a burn-out or emotional exhaustion in the past year. This percentage was highest among the employees aged between 25 and 54 years. By comparison, of the 65 to 74 year olds, only 7.9 percent had had a burn-out or emotional exhaustion in the last 12 months.
