Russia: share of electronic public service users 2018, by age

Accessing governmental and municipal services in an electronic form was particularly popular in Russia among young adults, with approximately 87 percent of the population aged 25 to 34 years old who received public services in the country in 2018. Figures were significantly lower among the elderly people between 60 and 72 years old, measuring at over 42 percent.
