Food retailers' sales by channel in Turkey 2018
In 2018, the majority of food products in Turkey were sold by modern grocery retailers, such convenience stores, discounters, forecourt retailers, and supermarkets. Sales volume of traditional grocery retailers accounted for approximately 32.7 billion U.S. dollars. Food retailers' sales in Turkey amounted to 67.6 billion U.S. dollars in total.
