In 2020, an average Russian consumer did grocery shopping in a store nearly 18 times per month and ordered food through the internet approximately four times per month. No significant difference was observed between online and traditional shopping behavior in buying consumer electronics and home appliances, with the monthly frequency being equal for both methods at 2.2 purchases.
