Opinion poll on fear of climate change in Russia in 2019
Approximately 41 percent of Kommersant readers in Russia in 2019 saw climate change as an existing threat, compared to 59 percent who were not concerned about it due to various reasons. Nearly a quarter of respondents found discussions about global warming fabricated, while 16.5 percent were not afraid because they viewed environmental changes as beneficial to their country.
