In 2018, 81.2 percent of Millennial home buyers in the United States researched their agent before working with them, whereas only 68.7 percent of Baby Boomer home buyers did the same. These home buyers engaged in at least one of the following behaviors: read online reviews, visited their website, looked up their past sales history, asked friends or family members about their experience with the agent, figured out their market knowledge, or interviewed them.
