The majority of Saudi Arabians consider themselves as "happy' or "rather happy" - according to 78 percent of respondents of a survey conducted Ipsos in June 2019. The happiness level in Saudi Arabia dipped from 83 percent in December 2011 to 74 percent in May 2013. Since then it has risen steadily.
