As of 2018, the weighted average of mobile shoppers in Western Europe made up the majority of all internet shoppers at over 60 percent. In that year,Germany had the highest share of mobile shopper in proportion to all online shoppers. Following Germany, the United Kingdom had the second highest share, at about 66.7 percent.
