Opinion on who does not want changes the most in Russia in 2019

In July 2019, nearly 70 percent of respondents in Russia believed that governmental officials were least willing changes in the country. The second major category who did not want to carry out reforms were oligarchs and representatives of big businesses. Moreover, two percent of Russians considered oligarchs and bankers their greatest enemies in 2018.
