According to a survey conducted by the Korean Tourism Organization in 2019, around 30.6 percent of respondents from 111 countries worldwide stated that they got to know their favorite K-Pop star via YouTube. In the same survey, around 36.1 percent of respondents stated their favorite K-Pop star was BTS.
