Plans of adding technology elements in department stores in China 2021
According to the survey conducted in 2021, around 80 percent of the surveyed 82 key department store operators in China expressed their willingness to add more technology elements to their physical stores within the next one year. Around 1.2 percent of respondents said they wanted to decrease the level of technology in their stores.
