Clothing and footwear purchasing behavior among Italian households 2018

Italian households' clothing and footwear purchasing habits differed according to the macro-region between 2017 and 2018. Indeed, 45.96 percent of the Italian families who participated in the survey declared that their clothes and footwear shopping was affected negatively in terms of quantity and/or quality. Only 2.44 percent of the Italian population asserted that they purchased more products in 2018 than in 2017.
