Share of plant-based food consumers in India 2021, by age
According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in November 2021, more than 63 percent of respondents in India said they had consumed plant-based alternatives to animal-based food products. This share was highest among respondents between 25 and 34 years old at more than 69 percent.
