Outbound trips from Denmark 2020, by transport mode
In 2020, air transport was the main mode of transport among outbound travelers from Denmark. In that year, tourists from the Nordic country made over two million trips abroad using that type of transport. The second most popular mode of transport among Danish outbound tourists was the car, which accounted for more than 1.5 million trips in that year.
