Russian population with basic online skills in 2018, by age and gender
The highest share of Russians having basic internet skills in 2018 was observed among the young population between 15 and 29 years old at 94 percent for men and 95 percent for women, respectively. While a larger portion of female Russians owned such skills in young and middle-aged groups, the situation was the opposite among elderly generation.
