Black Friday participation rate in Russia in 2019
Women in Russia were more interested in Black Friday deals than men as of 2019. When asked about whether they would participate in the sales event on November 29, 2019, approximately two thirds of female respondents gave a positive answer, compared to 56 percent of male survey participants. In the United States, 36 percent of consumers planned to do most of their holiday shopping on Black Friday in 2019.
