China: reasons for consuming plant-based food alternatives by age 2021

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in November 2021, around 40 percent of 16 to 24 year-old respondents in China who have consumed plant-based alternatives said they chose to do so because plant-based products were healthier. Meanwhile, 67 percent of respondents above 54 years old confirmed this reason.
