According to a survey conducted among married women in Japan in July 2018, the majority of respondents, almost 57 percent, claimed to be pretty satisfied with the dining habits in their marriage. The survey revealed that eating dinner with their spouses was the most frequent activity among married couples in Japan.
Despite a low frequency for sexual intercourse and physical affection, the satisfaction level with those marital activities showed an average scoring among married couples in Japan.
