Gardenscapes mobile revenue worldwide in 2019
Gardenscapes is a free-to-play video game first released by game developer, Playrix, in August 2016. The success of the game has led to a spin-off called Homescapes, which was released a year later. Both games take the format of a match-three puzzle and feature the same protagonist, Austin the Butler. In-app purchases allow players to buy fictional currency in order to gain the ability to retry levels or buy power-ups. As a result of these in-app transactions, Gardenscapes generated 50 million U.S. dollars worldwide in October 2019.
