Installed power capacity in Goa India FY 2005-2022
At the end of fiscal year 2022, the installed power capacity across Goa in India was around 608 megawatts. In 2021, the south Asian country was the third largest producer as well as consumer of electricity in the world. The country's national electric grid had an installed capacity of approximately 382 gigawatts in that year. Of this capacity, almost three quarters of electricity was produced through fossil fuels.
