Ransomware attacks targeting French businesses 2018, by type of device
This 2018 statistic ranks the devices and systems that were most affected by ransomware attacks in French businesses.The most affected appliances were desktop PCs with 68 percent of the companies reporting a breach. Server systems were not far behind, with 56 percent reporting malware attacks. The cloud-based and SCADA systems were the least affected, as only 24 percent of the companies surveyed reported breaches on these systems in 2018.
