Ownership diversity and inclusion program in APAC 2018
In 2018, 45 percent of respondents shared that the HR department oversaw their diversity and inclusion (D&I) programs. Less than one percent stated that the marketing department owned the D&I initiatives. According to the survey, initiatives were more successful when CEOs and other C-suite leaders took ownership of the program.
