Most desired Christmas presents in Italy 2019, by retail channel

In a survey of December 2019, among Christmas presents, tickets for concerts and events were the products which Italian respondents declared to mainly purchase online. Moreover, trips and flight tickets ranked second, with only 17 percent of interviewees buying such products in physical stores. On the other hand, food products were mainly bought in stores, indicated by 83 percent of Italian respondents. Similarly, Italians preferred to shop clothing, shoes, and accessories in physical shops as well.
