A survey carried out in England on those who had attended an accident and emergency (A&E) department in 2018 showed that 57 percent of respondents always received help and attention from the medical or nursing staff when needed. On the other hand, nine percent of respondents reported that they were unable to find any healthcare staff to help them when needed.
If you needed attention, were you able to get a member of medical or nursing staff to help you?
