Home delivery and pickup at the location were the two largely employed delivery modes by online apparel and footwear e-stores in Russia in 2020. Share of shops provided locker delivery options, grew from 2019 to 2020 and amounted to nearly 60 percent in 2020.

Statistics based on the data of 109 online stores among top 1,000 Russian online retailers with a minimum annual turnover of at least 100 billion Russian rubles. The study included stores selling only clothes and shoes, as well as stores for which this is the main but not the only category and two universal marketplaces - Wildberries.ru and Ozon.ru.
