Loans granted for investments in non-residential buildings in Italy 2010-2020
The value of loans granted for investments in non-residential buildings in Italy decreased between 2010 and 2018, with an all-time low recorded in 2013. Indeed, while 14.7 billion euros were granted in 2010, the loans given in 2018 accounted for about 10.3 billion euros. In the first nine months of 2020, around eight billion euros were given for investments in non-residential buildings, up from 5.6 billion euros as of the first nine months of 2019.
