IPSOS respondents in Turkey were asked about their perceptions on areas of progress in terms of gender equality. 33 percent of the respondents stated that there is progress being made in women representation in government and politics. The majority of the respondents, at 35 percent, believed that women holding senior positions in business is the area which has made most of the progress in achieving gender equality.
