Students' share of income spent on housing rental in Russia 2020, by city
The capital of Russia, where students could earn the highest average salary countrywide, was also the most expensive city to live in. Students' spending share of total income on housing costs in Moscow and Saint Petersburg was set at 78 and 56 percent, respectively. Tolyatti, on the other hand, was the most efficient student destination in terms of housing expenses among the listed locations.
