Medium law firms' stance to alternative legal services providers in the U.S.2016-2018
In 2018, 59 percent of medium-sized law firms stated that quality concerns affect their decision to utilize alternative legal services providers (ALSPs), a decline from 78 percent during the 2016 survey. In that same year, 58 percent of midsize law firms in the United States used ALSPs electronic discovery services.
