French consumers channel preference for obtaining brand information 2019
This statistic illustrates which type of platforms Internet users prefer to get information from, about products or brands in France in 2019. At the time, consumers had access to several channels in order to learn about brands: brand websites (49 percent) or reseller websites (52 percent) came in first. The respondents mentioned their entourage as a source of information (36 percent), the point of sales or outlets themselves (37 percent) as well as sites dedicated to consumption (25 percent). Lastly, nine percent of consumers found out about their brands of interest through brand pages on social media.
