Expenditures on entertainment services in domestic tourism Philippines 2012-2022
Expenditures on entertainment and recreation services in domestic tourism in the Philippines doubled in 2022 compared to the previous year. That year, spending for this type of service amounted to approximately 63 billion Philippine pesos, an increase of 88 percent. Despite growth in expenditure, this remains lower compared to the pre-pandemic spending levels.
