Most subscribed YouTubers from the Netherlands 2025

Music label Spinnin' Records was the biggest Dutch YouTube channel in July 2023, with over 31.6 million subscribers. Short video creator Scottsreality ranked second with about 21 million followers. A noticeable feature of Dutch YouTubers is their international appeal. Make-up artist and co-host to Eurovision 2020 in Rotterdam NikkieTutorials and Iranian-Dutch gamer Atro are examples of YouTubers who do not produce videos in Dutch. 

YouTube appeals to all ages

Google’s video service was the Netherlands’ second-most used social platform, with nearly 10 million overall users and about 3.5 million daily active users in 2023. As of July 2024, the Netherlands ranked seventh in terms of YouTube penetration worldwide, with approximately 90 percent of the country's digital population using the popular video platform.

Let’s play a game: Twitch in the Netherlands

In April 2024, GameMeneer was the most-followed Dutch streamer on dedicated game streaming service Twitch, followed by “Serpent” and Milanknol. In 2022, Twitch was only used by approximately one in 10 social media users in the Netherlands, while YouTube was the leading social video platform.
