LNG imports in the EU-27 by supplying country 2022
The United States is the leading supplier of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to the 27 European Union members. The EU-27 imported roughly 37 billion cubic meters of LNG from the U.S. 2022. This was the first year the U.S. had become the EU's largest LNG trading partner, with the majority imported into terminals in France.
