Shellfish imports to China 2018, by exporting country
In 2018, China imported around 1.6 billion Canadian dollars worth of shellfish products, registering a compound annual growth rate of 16.2 percent between 2014 and 2018. That year, China's shellfish imports from Japan amounted to over 336 million Canadian dollars, nearly 21 percent of the total shellfish imports.
