Young people's favorite information channels about products and brands in France 2019
In France, the young generation, aged 15 to 25, can use several channels in order to gather information about a specific product or brand. When it comes to learning about a product or service, the online world had taken the lead in 2019, with 43 percent of young French people consulting a sellers website. Online channels displaying customer ratings and opinions came in second with 36 percent of popularity. Social networks such as Instagram or Facebook remained lower in the ranking with less than six percent using them to find inspiration.
