Shellfish imports to China 2018, by product category
In 2018, China imported around 1.6 billion Canadian dollars worth of shellfish products. That year, the import value of frozen, smoked, dried, salted cuttlefish and squid amounted to 684.6 million Canadian dollars, accounting for 42.3 percent of China's total shellfish imports.
