In 2019, almost all post-paid and prepaid mobile phone customers in Australia were on plans that offered unlimited calls and SMS, at a rate of 96.5 and 97 percent respectively. This continues a trend since 2015 whereby the number of customers on unlimited call and text plans was increasing steadily.
