According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on food delivery app usage in Singapore, 75 percent of respondents stated that they would continue using food delivery apps frequently even after the COVID-19 pandemic due to the convenience of such apps. The next most common reason given was that using such apps saved time as compared to dining out in a restaurant.
