Opinion on subscription act amendment in Poland 2020, by political inclination
The Polish government has been working on an amendment to the act on subscription fees, providing compensation to public media for lost subscription revenue. In February 2020, nearly half of respondents in Poland stated that President Andrzej Duda should veto this amendment. Supporters of Robert BiedroĊ had the strongest reaction - 94 percent thought it should be vetoed. Among supporters of Duda himself, only 19 percent were of this opinion.
