Device usage in purchasing process in Poland 2019-2020

Polish consumers in 2020 often used devices with access to the internet at various stages of the purchasing process. This consumer activity has notably increased when comparring the offers. Thirty percent of respondents looked for inspiration online, and 26 percent ordered the product.
