Single-use plastic items consumption South Korea 2019
As of 2019, around 469.2 thousand tons of single-use plastic bags were consumed in South Korea, followed by 71.4 thousand tons of PET bottles and 45.9 thousand tons of plastic cups. That year, single-use plastic consumption per capita in South Korea amounted to around 11.5 kilograms.
