Pay TV penetration rate Q3 2019, by age group

A global survey conducted in the third quarter of 2019 found that just seven percent of respondents aged between 16 and 19 years had a pay TV subscription at the time of study, compared to six percent of those aged between 20 and 24 years old. Pay TV penetration rate was highest among adults aged 55 or above.
