Opinion on school preparation expenses that parents should cover Russia 2019-2020
Over half of the polled Russian parents of school-age children believed that school uniforms ought to be acquired by the family rather than provided by the educational institution. In 2020, considerably higher share of schoolchildren parents reported that most of school expenses should be covered by the government, compared to the 2019 survey results. Furthermore, parents in Russia seemed to be less willing to carry expenses for teacher gifts in 2020, relative to the previous period.
